Describe the problem/challenge you have
When using pinniped for auth you get a command window from time to time that also takes focus so you have to manually refocus the window you had previously focused.

Describe the solution you'd like
The refresh process should run without a visible command window.

Environment:

• Octant version (use octant version): 0.25.1.0
• OS : Windows 11
