Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
VPM CLI lacks feature to upgrade Unity 2019 to 2022.
So, macOS / linux user will not possible to migrate project from 2019 to 2022.

Describe the solution you'd like
vpm migrate unity2022 <project> or something like that for migrating Unity 2019 to 2022.

In addition, document what's happening during unity 2019 to 2022 migration in creator docs or vcc docs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
I already created issue on creator docs that mentions there are no documentation what VCC does during migration.
