Describe the Bug
I successfully installed version 4.1.4 without any issues. However, when I tried installing version 4.2.0, I encountered an error stating "rmdir path/.env.example failed".
Even after successfully installing version 4.1.4, I encountered a 500 error when accessing the homepage. Unfortunately, no error message was displayed, making it difficult to identify the cause of the error. You can access the website at the following URL: http://vuetest.harvey.optiweb.si/.
Additionally, I noticed another unusual behavior that might be related to the Magento 2 configuration. When navigating back to the homepage, the URL appends "/default".
Furthermore, during the initialization process, there was an error related to the Magento URL. It claimed that "vuetest.harvey.optiweb.si" was invalid. I had to remove the ".si" from the URL, and the initialization process proceeded without any issues. Afterward, I fixed the URL in the .env file.
