[Bug Report] Button in list action not vertically centered

Vuetify: 1.0.0-beta.6
Vue: 2.5.13
Browsers: Chrome 64.0.3282.140
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Add a v-btn with tooltip in v-list-action inside v-list with two-line

Expected Behavior

Button should be vertically centered.

Actual Behavior

Button rendering at top
