Please hide the tools toggle if all tools are set to hidden

Hi ... I've hidden all the tools buttons/options from the menu bar, but the tools toggle still appears even though it doesn't show/hide anything.

Would you mind hiding it if there are no tools shown at all?

I'd like the menu to be as clean as possible.

Hmm. Never tried that lol.

Note: in the current state you might be better off leaving the Tools button in the toolbar instead of having an empty Tools section.
