Fix the height of the Home overview cards

Description
In the Home Overview section, the cards inside a category adjust their height to their contents. This unbalances the visual distribution of the containers and makes them look untidy.
We must adjust the card's height to adjust to the category row height, so they look even in each row.

Expected Result

1. All the cards inside a category should have the same height

Actual Result

1. The card's height adjusts to its contents
