Description
Refreshing the page when there is a pinned agent, does not keep it pinned.

Preconditions

  1. Pinned an agent

Steps to reproduce

  1. Refresh the page'

Expected Result

  1. The agent should keep pinned

Research

The service to pin the agent did not set the parameter on the URL. This caused that refreshes the page, do not keep the pinned agent.
