Description

After some recent changes to the directory structure of the output files of the migration tool the corresponding system tests stopped working

Steps to reproduce

Run system test

damangold@damangold:~/Wazuh/dev/intelligence-platform$ python3 qa/system_tests_launcher.py

Current behavior

An error is observed
