Improvements for Vulnerability Detector E2E testing

Description

During the tests executed for 4.8.0 Beta 4, in wazuh/wazuh#22493, it was observed that multiple improvements were needed. This issue contains all the issues on which these improvements will be worked on and will allow development tracking.
