Added delete_group in wazuh_testing/tools/wazuh_manager

Updated test_agent_database_version: delete simulated agent
Updated test_get_groups_integrity: create groups previously

Updated test_sync_agent_groups_get: create groups previously
Updated test_wazuh_db: restart manager instead of start
