The Package Control Messages log opens automatically in its own tab and includes messages from various packages when they've been updated to a new release. These messages have no dates, so sometimes it's hard to know if a message a new or old, especially when a package is updated more than once in the same week, for example. It would be helpful to have dates next to the title of each message.

Note that because of this I include the release date of a version in the heading of a change log file.

If this was to be added, the version that was updated to should be shown as well so authors don't have to include that in their changelogs either.
