Thanks for the report.

I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. The Firefox browser is not supported.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 85.0a1 (2020-12-02), Chrome 87.0.4240.67
Operating System: macOS 10.15.6

This is the web page displayed in Firefox Nightly:

Unfortunately there is not really much we can do here. Firefox's stance on WebUSB is that it's a harmful addition to the web in its current state, and the WebKit team agrees. Google has gone ahead and decided to push it regardless. I've added a note to Mozilla's standards position document for WebUSB, but as things stand we're basically stuck until the issues with the spec are addressed so that other browsers wish to implement it.
