Implement a Voting system where user can Like/Dislike Post or Comment similar to Reddit

Features:

user can upvote or downvote
user can check his likes or dislikes
Posts / Comments will have total votes, votes ratio (Liked/Total) visible
Total votes can be negative
Posts / Comments can be sorted by total votes ratio or positive votes
