As per w3c/webappsec-secure-contexts#5 (comment) it seems that whenever we want to inherit one of origin, HTTPS state, CSP policy or document's URL, we want to inherit all of them. To make this a lot clearer and easier to audit it would be better if the text detailing this was located together in the same sections.
