This now follows the CosmoMC strategy whereby camb and polychord are treated as git submodules.

Pre-2019 updates

This is the last version before the major updates to the structure of CAMB, CosmoMC and the planck 2018 final likelihoods.

After this version, a submodule system will be implemented, in the same manner as with CosmoMC and CAMB
