[Feature] Password reset for users

It would be nice, so Users can reset their own password or at least that an admin can send a password reset link. Wizarr does already collect the email addresses of users. Currently I have to also run jfa-go for that feature.
This feature was already request in #151 and marked as completed, but it is not implemented (or I didn't find it).
