Currently, asynchronous processing is always disabled for Zen ID. This is caused by the requirement for synchronous execution of final document validation.

We may want to revisit this in the future in order to speed up Zen ID investigations, however it will require a change of logic in final document validation, so that it supports the asynchronous use case.
