This PR contains change that removes interfaces deprecated in release 1.8.0. On top of that, we decided to remove also the synchronous methods for creating ECIES encryptors, originally deprecated for the upcoming release 1.9.0. The reason is that in 99% of scenarios, these functions will not provide a valid encryptor.
