DtD fails the tests.

DtD isn't passing the tests because it's returning the same value for dtd_v, asset_v, and sigma_v.

I suspect there's an error in line 43 of DtD.jl that needs to be fixed. It should read?

    println(x.dtd_v)
    printstyled("asset_v: "; bold = true)
    println(asset_v)
    printstyled("sigma_v: "; bold = true)
    println(sigma_v)
end

I am not sure if this is the only issue.
