discontinuous outline error message?

Getting the error message discontinuous outline at [109.535, 75,805]

Running:

as I'm just penalising 3 tagboards I need with a funky pitch.

And seem to have the board cut connected up with a continuous outline?

Without the actual board file, I am afraid I can't help you. KiKit strictly requires that the board outlines are perfectly aligned.

Here is the board file, would in interested in how to avoid this in the future. I just used the rectangle tool to draw the board cutout, nothing fancy.

What is you KiKit version? I just tried your board with 1.0.3 and it works just fine:
