Import settings from original PCB file to make changes without affecting design

Is there a way to import all settings from the original PCB file during panelization?
I need to add some traces and connectors on the frame of the panel and build the areas again, but as the project has different settings, I get different clearances in the areas. I tried to import the settings beforehand but they are gone after panelizing and everything is set to Default.
I could import them afterwards, but I would have to assign every net on every board of the panel...

Maybe someone knows a work around?

What do you mean by "settings"? Could you be more concrete? We try to copy as much as possible from the source board (though e.g., net classes were missing in v1.0, current upstream handles also net classes).

Mainly net classes. I have v1.0.5 but net classes are missing.
Running on MacOS Monterey 12.3.1

Yes, that is missing in v1.0.5. The upstream version has it. I plan to make v1.1.0 release in the upcoming week which will include this feature.

Hi Jan. I updated kikit to 1.1.1 and it seems that something is broken. It only generates the cutout and nothing else. No data in any other layer. Do you know what could be happening?

From this vague description hard to tell, KiKit 1.1.1 is used by many people at the moment. Please, open the issue for that and give precise steps to reproduce.

It was the KiCAD version, I was running 6.0.1 . Updated it to 6.0.8 and now is working, but net classes are still missing
