Windows - Stencil Create gives WinError2 - File Not Found

Using command - kikit stencil create "c:\pcb\LED CC Test Board.kicad_pcb" c:\OUTPUT2
And get an error - [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

Output2 folder is created and has stencil.kicad_pcb, stencil.kicad_prl, stencil.kicad_pro and a gerbers folder in it, but I am not sure what file the system is missing. I have checked openscad is in my path and can invoke it from the command line.
Any pointers that might help with debugging?

Environment - Win10 22H2, KiCad 6.0.6 Release, KiKit Version 1.1.1

This a historical defect from the time when we didn't support Windows (KiCAD 5 times). This was addressed in bb13d00. When you install the upstream version, everything should work.

Still getting this issue, KiCad 6.0.9 Release, KiKit Version 1.1.1. Windows Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044. Have all dependencies installed, have gone through stencil.py line by line and absolutely cannot find any reason things should not be working. Help?

That's correct. bb13d00 is not part of the v1.1.1 release. If you want to use it, you have to install the upstream version.

Thanks, do you have a specific branch to recommend installing? I upgraded to 1.1.1+16.g933cbf9 and now am receiving a different error: "Multiple outlines (26) at [52.0, 37.99]" (this happens at every corner of the panel that's generated, so the coordinates aren't unique). I checked the pcb file (panel) made with this same version of KiKit and there definitely are multiple outlines where outlines don't seem to be needed:

I expanded them out and it looks there are 35x extra segments on Edge.Cuts at every right-angle juncture of a panel that's generated via KiKit:

I wasn't doing anything exotic in the panel creation script, really just took it from your examples:

Please open a separate issue for that and if possible, include source board. This is indeed strange and should not happen.
