How-to guide for Hegic v2 vault

Thanks for this @Wot-Is-Goin-On please see comments. I may have additional feedback once the document renders as markdown properly, i.e. when the filename extension has been added.
Also - if you are able to, it would be much preferred if you updated the links to this document in the same pull request rather than as a separate one (like #226).
