TinySrc defunct: remove view helper

The TinySrc service is no longer operational. ZF1 still contains Zend_View_Helper_TinySrc.

http://tinysrc.net is now a GoDaddy parked domain.
http://tinysrc.mobi is now a site about "Small cars and people that love them"
http://i.tinysrc.mobi (aka Zend_View_Helper_TinySrc::TINYSRC_BASE ) is an unknown host.

So much for relying on third party services in framework code.

Suggested fix: remove the view helper, and all references to it in the documentation. Or make the documentation contain a note that this service is no longer in operation, and provide some alternatives, like Cloudinary.

I think it can be removed - if someone's app uses a service which doesn't work anymore, he is not likely to upgrade ZF to the new version...
