testability review, to my understanding, the story expect all "zephyr/tests/kernel/" passed running at hardware with TCF, with unified kernel.
This will be directly verified by the "TCF failure triage report" done by Dawei.

Because of the recent change to use the new Jira workflow, this story got mistakenly Closed when it should have been put into the Merged state. I'm moving it to the Merged state now.
