新增config.ssr.js配置文件 #81

目前配置项前后端都用到了config.default.js,这就会导致前端代码中会将config.default.js的内容打包进去，有可能会包含一些隐私配置，或者会将后端代码打进去。建议将ssr的相关通用配置统一放到单独的一个配置文件进行维护
