Bumps rack-cors from 0.4.1 to 1.0.6. This update includes a security fix.

Vulnerabilities fixed

Sourced from The GitHub Security Advisory Database.

High severity vulnerability that affects rack-cors
An issue was discovered in the rack-cors (aka Rack CORS Middleware) gem before 1.0.4 for Ruby. It allows ../ directory traversal to access private resources because resource matching does not ensure that pathnames are in a canonical format.

Affected versions: < 1.0.4
