Воспроизведение проблемы

Перекрыть prizm-tabs компонент оверлеем со значением z-index < 100

Описание проблемы

Не хватает своего stacking context для компонента PrizmTabs. Решается просто, достаточно для корневого элемента PrizmTabs задать:

:host {
    isolation: isolate;
}

тем самым создав корневой stacking context. Прикрепил МР
