-перейти к инпут намбер, в котором не задано начальное значение
-ввести значение в инпут
-очистить инпут
-навести курсор на индикатор валидации
ФР: не отображается хинт
ОР: хинт должен отображаться

Уточнили сценарий - проблема воспроизводилась после очистки контрола с помощью clear button
