Описание проблемы

При изменении значения, переданного в [totalRecords] не происходит перерендеринг кнопок с номерами страниц.

Количество страниц не изменится, если изменить переданный totalRecords

Т.о. на момент инициализации компонента необходимо передавать точное кол-во записей, что делает неудобным работу с асинхронными операциями
