Cloning SF2 Player in BBE displays the string "Sf2 Player" on the steps

The second track is the cloned one and the string is on the first step.

I tested the other instruments and SF2 Player is the only one that does this.

I guess this bug was introduced by #808. In this case cloning doesn't preserve the track name. Another issue is default the track name of SF2 player doesn't reflect soundfont filename when loaded from instrument tab.
There's an display issue, too. I think pattern name for BB pattern shouldn't displayed in BB editor. It's fixed in master branch via #3691.
