Matlab version and dependencies

Development is currently done under matlab versions 2015a and 2017a so these are more likely to run than other matlab versions. However, we try to support backward compatibility as much as possible. If an error occurs on your installation, please post the issue.

Some processes require external dependencies:

• Cplex version >= 12.3: for optimal montage
• MCXlab: for computation of fluences (Cuda GPU is strongly recommended)

Tutorials

• Optimal montage (experiment planning -- optimal sensor arrangement on the scalp)
