Describe the bug

Some places where rendering of UI views can be improved.

Screenshots

Unnecessary line (both group and user views)

Unnecessary "Apply Permissions" button when none can actually be applied (no corresponding services for the type)

Checkbox for discoverable group status
(although disabled for not applicable groups, it would be better to replace it altogether by similar method as user lock icon)
