The EPG timings currently don't use Timezone info, and the API uses UTC Timezone. Therefore, the times are off by 2 hours.

That is also an issue with the availability of content. Now it states "available until midnight", but that is not the case if you are in a different timezone. That is why for VRT NU we state the number of hours something is available.
