Slight updates from V2

• Output file organization

V2 CBP pipeline

Major changes compared to release 1 include the use of GOAT API to query information such as genome size or ploidy from the specie taxon number (taxid).

Other changes include :

• Faster pipeline with less duplicated modules
• HiC map using Pretext instead of Juicer to perform manual curation
• BUSCO using auto lineage when no lineage is defined (more automated pipeline)
