LemMinx integration in Eclipse IDE reports prefix error eclipse-wildwebdeveloper/wildwebdeveloper#557 (comment) although WTP XML editor ignore it (only when the XML doesn't declare a namespace in the root document element).

This issue is to provide a settings to manage this usecase.
