Timeline - The date/time text editor won't support user keyboard entries if date is higher than current date/time

reproduction steps:

• Open this map
• Remove time range visualization and remove snapping.
• in the time data text box insert a date in the future of the current date (i.e. if Now is 27/11/2023 type 28/11/2023)

Notice that it is not possible to manually typing or operating on the arrows on the text boxes to insert a date in the future. It is possible to go in the future with the cursor but not typing or operating on the arrows. See below
