This moves code from the `spi_passthrough_test` to configure several pinmux pad attributes so it can be reused by the power virus test (and potentially other future tests). Signed-off-by: Timothy Trippel <[email protected]>

This PR configures the SPI host (0) in for passthrough mode in power virus test. Additionally, it move pinmux pad configuration code from the
spi_passthrough_testto a testutil function so it can be reused between both tests.
