Testing #112338

Repro

  1. On MacOS
  2. In VS Code desktop, connect to a codespace
  3. Right after the codespace starts and the terminal is resorted, click on the terminal select drop down

Bug
For me, for around 5 seconds after the code space connects and there terminal is restored, the opened drop down will unfocus and close itself seemingly randomly
