API changes

• Combine buildFn , esbuildBinaryPath and esbuildModulePath into a unified interface feat: new IBuildProvider and ITransformProvider to unify esbuild provider options #286
• Use this new interface to provide a default esbuild module path for Python & Dotnet feat: support overriding the default esbuild API implementations #313
• Improve error handling, i.e. throw on build failure in bundler.ts like InlineXCode does fix: bundler silently fails in case of an error #239
• Change default format and target of InlineXCode to cjs and Node.js feat: InlineJavaScriptCode and InlineTypeScriptCode transform to CommonJS and Node by default #282

Removal of deprecated features

• In InlineXCodeProps remove TransformOptions chore: remove deprecated support of top-level TransformOptions on InlineCode classes #281

Experimental features
