"OpenID connect generic" Wordpress plugin does not support front logout channel.

Implementing "Front logout channel" as per https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-frontchannel-1_0.html

As I've just setup a Keycloak server instance for testing I saw this option. I suspect that is the IDP you are using? I have not run into this feature on any of the other test IDPs I've setup.

I use it with Ory Hydra which is also an OpenSource solution compliant with OpenID Connect features.

BTW this is linked to #334.
