As an update, pinning delocate to 0.10.3 and 0.10.2 didn't work out of the box.

Maybe the options used in the command line are no more valid.

I think the best thing to do is to use cibuildwheel for this build (and then extend it to other builds). I assume cibuildwheel knows how to call delocate.

Again copying things over from psycopg3 is probably the best thing to do.
