C# 7.2 leading separator #148

leading separator って呼んでるっぽい。
うち、digit separator を数字区切りと訳してるし、こっちは先頭区切り？

digit separator を入れる時点で b, x の後ろは認めるかどうかで迷ってたみたい:

digit (数字)の区切りという割に、数字を区切らないから
0b_1111とかはできるけど、_123は識別子だから注意
