Change system tests to use new names of tools #958

The system tests contain references to the following list of CLIs that will experience a naming change:

ossec-control -> wazuh-control
ossec-regex -> wazuh-regex
rootcheck_control -> Removed
syscheck_control -> Removed
syscheck_update -> Removed
ossec-logtest -> Removed (it was replaced by wazuh-logtest)
ossec-makelists -> Removed

It is needed to change the references to these tools.
