(FWIW CAS login is still broken when it comes to handling of non-ascii userid, but that's in the handling of the XML response, and isn't a thing I want to start digging at right now) |

This is mostly factoring out the post-CAS-login code to somewhere we can reuse it for other SSO flows, but it also fixes the userid mapping while we're at it.
