Wazuh-DB: Migration of agent-group files

Description

During the development of "Wazuh-DB: Migration of agent-group files", we created a set of systems/integration tests. And, we decided to have them on a common branch.

This PR contains:

• Agent never_connected is added to a group with tool after the sync completes
• The agent with state different than never_connected is added to a "Y" group by CLI
• Agent never_connected connects - default group
• Agent registered with group Y (agent_authd - disconnected)
• The agent with state different than never_connected is added to a "group_test" group by API
• Adds a new node to a synchronized environment
• Agent forced to change group
• Agent registered with group Y - group data is synced in cluster
• Agent never_connected connects guesses a different group by default
• Sync of agents registered on nodes after seconds
• Sync of agents registered on nodes after seconds x2
• IT Wazuh DB: Add coverage to new commands
• IT Authd/Wazuh DB: Refactor for failures caused by new development of Wazuh DB

Tests

• Proven that tests pass when they have to pass.
• Proven that tests fail when they have to fail.

• Python codebase satisfies PEP-8 style style guide. pycodestyle --max-line-length=120 --show-source --show-pep8 file.py.
• Python codebase is documented following the Google Style for Python docstrings.
• The test is documented in wazuh-qa/docs.
• provision_documentation.sh generate the docs without errors.
